Refunds and Cancellations
TheCartoonWay® will give refunds and cancellations in compliance with applicable statutory Distance Selling Regulations when required. Where such laws do not apply to digital file downloads, refunds and order cancellations are only permitted if the customer was unable to download the purchased images. In the event of download issues, please contact us, and TheCartoonWay® will transfer image files by email or another medium whenever possible. If this is not possible, or if publication dates are missed, we shall issue a full refund regardless of any applicable Distance Selling Regulations. Once an image file has been downloaded to a client's computer or device, no refunds or cancellations are permitted unless required by applicable Distance Selling Regulations.

Licensing of the cartoons
As stated below, the license for utilizing the cartoons on this website is currently limited to their digital usage in internal communications. For example, you can use the cartoon within a presentation, a newsletter, or an email that can be shared solely within your organization and will not be utilized in an outward-facing promotional context. If you would like to utilize the cartoons in any other form (such as in external promotions, marketing, websites/blogs, printed materials, etc.), kindly contact us. The cartoons cannot be altered (cropped or the content changed) and sold again. Wherever possible, the cartoonist should be given credit, or at the very least, their signature should be readable. In every scenario, the buyer purchases a license while the cartoonist Sumanta Baruah retains all copyrights. For any queries, please feel free to contact us.

Copyright Infringement
In addition to any other legal rights or remedies available to TheCartoonWay, you agree to pay TheCartoonWay a fee equal to three times the standard License Fee for each unauthorised use of an image (without you thereby acquiring any rights to the infringed image).
